Yes we made it again... the Magnificient Mallu and Dynamic Ding!

1400m - sooper fast walk!
600m - jog
200m - stroll and some stretches in the park!

4 X 25 upper ab crunches
3 X 15 lower ab crunches
1 X 20 mid ab crunches
10 X 6 hip torture therapy!!!!
Feeling sooper so far, have to make it today so we continue to feel sooper tomorrow - or else!!!
